What I accomplished as a Designer
Helped design shipbuilding, along with the various rooms and resources that a player can purchase  to upgrade their ship
Concepted the radio and its various stations
Designed character interactions and conversations to imbue life and personality in the player's crewmates
Crew payment affecting crew morale as a risk/reward decision
Concepting crew morale and its effect on gameplay and endings
 Progression and difficulty design
Multiple endings based on money accrued and crew morale
Constant and meticulous iterations on resource and room balancing using Google Sheets
Communicated with the programming lead on what tools were needed to speed up implementation
Overall, I helped design every aspect of the game alongside a team of five designers. During this time, I was praised by both artists and programmers for the in-depth and concise documentation that I wrote in Google Docs. I was also encouraged by our lead producer to present a master game document I wrote detailing how a game would play from start to finish, which gave our team a clear and united vision of our project.
I also worked extensively in Google Sheets to organize all of our data, which I'd then balance with a teammate, and finally enter these changes in engine for further playtesting. This process would repeat itself for several months until the game was finished in May of 2021.

Check out some of my other projects! (or don't...do you, dude)
